Sixty years of history. A Polish family of sturgeon farmers. Their own farms, their own fish - and the patience to wait for both.
Meet Antonius Caviar
Antonius Caviar is a family-owned company with fish farming traditions dating back to the 1960s. It is named after Antoni Łakomiak, a tribute from the colleagues who built the company with him. His children followed him into the work, and today several generations of the same families farm sturgeon and make caviar together.
Quiet countryside farms, clean waters
Antonius raises its sturgeon across five farms in Poland, in protected countryside near nature reserves. The fish move between sites with different water conditions as they grow, much as sturgeon migrate in the wild, and finish in deep artesian water. Nothing is rushed.

Three Caviars, Three Characters
Antonius breeds 3 exceptional variety of sturgeons. Siberian caviar comes from Acipenser baerii . Antonius described it as a caviar with a pronounced flavor and a long finish. Osetra caviar comes from Acipenser gueldenstaedtii , known as Russian sturgeon; its notes are more reminiscent of hazelnut and butter. Albino caviar comes from huso-huso x Acipenser ruthenus known from the beluga family. Its notes are buttery, creamy and most exotic.
Antonius Caviar is one of the few global producers that harvests caviar exclusively from sturgeons raised on its own farms.
Made by hand, never repackaged
Antonius keeps to traditional methods: fresh, unpasteurised caviar, hand-prepared with only a little salt in the Malossol style. The result is a silky texture that melts on the tongue. Hence why it is one of the best caviars in the world.
